Life Concepts and Generations Service and Administration Limited attaches great importance to the protection and security of its clients' personal data. All relevant data protection regulations are therefore strictly adhered to when processing personal data. The collection, processing and use of personal data is carried out exclusively on the basis of the order placed by the client and the client's express consent. The purpose is the fulfilment of the contractual relationship established with the client, the implementation of pre-contractual measures, compliance with legal obligations and the protection of legal claims.

Personal data are personal and factual details of clients such as their name, date of birth, gender, marital status, citizenship, address, contact details, social security number, bank details, health details, medical information, asset details and details of family members. They are only recorded and used to the extent necessary to fulfil the order. The recipients of this personal data are primarily business and cooperation partners, doctors, insurance companies, notaries, competent authorities and other service providers.

Personal data is stored for as long as is necessary to comply with statutory retention periods, orders placed and to safeguard legal claims. If the data processing is based on the data subject’s express consent, it also ends when the consent is withdrawn.

The data subject affected by the data processing is entitled to a variety of legal claims, which include in particular the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and complaint. Clients are entitled to object to the processing of their personal data. Since the provision of personal data is necessary for the fulfilment of the orders placed, such an objection entitles the client to refuse or immediately terminate the contractual relationship.
